We have our federal permit in hand and are moving on to the state level so we have decided to launch the page and get to talking about rum! We will be the first legal distillery in the history of Clay County. A small amount of construction and the distillery will be finished. Two years in the works and we are getting to the finish line! We will be strictly a Rum distillery. To start we will offer white, gold aged on French Oak charred to our specifications, and our signature Black Creek Rum. We will also be launching the Pops' Block and Tackle label in memory of my Dad Robert D. Fleming, Sr. So, pass the word, keep up with us as we go and Suzette and I look forward to opening day when we have our first offering to share with all of you hopefully before 2018 is over!
