Daniels School, New Haven, CT. BL Companies’ services included civil engineering and landscape architecture. BL Companies was named one of the fastest-growing private companies in America by Inc. 5000 in 2008. This was the inaugural year of the Inc. 5000 list, which recognizes the importance of growing entrepreneurial companies in the United States. BL Companies launched a new company Web site in early 2008. The Web site earned a 2008 Mercury Award from the Southern Connecticut, Westchester/Fairfield and Connecticut Valley chapters of the Public Relations Society of America. The Mercury awards recognize outstanding work in the public relations, communications and marketing disciplines. The Mission of Our ESOP BL Companies enacted our Employee Stock Ownership Plan to promote an inclusive and interactive workplace.
