Ashish is Chief Executive Officer at Biz4Solutions. He provides organizational leadership and looks into overall company operations. Ashish has more than 21 years of results driven experience in successfully managing IT services companies, IT programs and projects. Prior to starting Biz4Solutions, Ashish worked for more than 15 years in the United States with Fortune 100 companies like AT&T and Nationwide Insurance. Ashish holds a Master of Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University, USA and Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Technology from Nagpur University, India. Jayant is a technology executive who brings 21 years of experience in Healthcare, Insurance, Mortgage and Banking domains to his role as a CTO in Biz4Solutions. He is responsible for architecting and designing complex multi-tier software systems, mobile and rich internet applications, open source technologies, legacy modernization and enhancing technical capabilities within the company. Proven track record in delivering architecture and design solutions with technology, frameworks and components selection most suited for the customer IT environment and which meet the QoS requirements. Prior to Biz4Solutions, Jayant served as a technology consultant and advised a number of fortune 500 clients in banking, insurance and healthcare domain in areas of SOA Strategy, Enterprise Integration and Legacy Modernization. As a solution architect executed various engagements in architecture definition as well as architecture assessment and review. Architected and designed enterprise scale solutions in e-business and client-server technologies on various platforms. Jayant holds a B. Tech degree from Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai. Sanjeev is a visionary leader who has great motivational skills. Apart from his excellent management skills Sanjeev is very knowledgeable and outstanding IT Strategist. Sanjeev has over 20 years of experience in leading technology driven organizations and managing large software development efforts for enterprise product development. Over the years, Sanjeev has served in various senior and executive management roles in Capgemini, STA Group, Agilent Technologies, Marriott Vacation Worldwide to name a few. Sanjeev holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from Kota Engineering College, India. Ameet is a Vice President of Delivery Operations at Biz4Solutions looking into Project deliveries. He is responsible for managing project schedule, quality deliverables, stakeholder communication. He has 14 years of experience in IT industry. Prior to joining Biz4Solutions, he has worked with leading companies engaged in delivering IT services to their esteemed clients like Guardian Life Insurance, Large Conglomerate and One of the largest Fortune 50 LAIC Insurance company. He has worked in US and UK for different projects. Ameet is an Engineering graduate from VREC Nagpur (now known as NIT, Nagpur). Parija leads Biz4Solutions’s Human Resources function and is responsible for the entire gamut of employee-oriented processes. With expertise in HR, Parija has contributed to various aspects of people management in both business and corporate roles, including employee relations, organization skill building and managing the HR function.
