Gary Donovitz M.D. is a board-certified Obstetrician-Gynecologist, who has compassionately cared for his patients for 30 years. He is a clinician, a pioneer, and an international teacher of bio-identical hormone replacement therapy. His passion for wellness and his company BioTE Medical is changing healthcare for us all. Dr. Gary Donovitz M.D. is the CEO and founder of BioTE Medical, LLC. He has been a leading innovator in bio-identical hormone replacement for over 20 years. He is a champion of changing healthcare through an individualized, comprehensive method of hormone optimization. He is an expert and international lecturer in subcutaneous hormone pellet therapy, having performed more than 50,000 pellet insertions and having successfully taught the technique to thousands of practitioners nationwide. Besides radio, his national television exposure has been attained in hosting medical segments on CNN and appearing as a guest on numerous national television programs, including ABC's "Nightline." Dr. DeSilva has been instrumental in the formulation of more than 100 different natural products and has been honored with the following recognition: Dr. Komadina delivered his first baby in 1966 and has delivered more than 16,000 babies since then. He has been in private practice in Albuquerque since 1977 and continues to care for patients today. He no longer does surgery or delivers babies, and for more than a decade he has devoted his practice to the prevention of disease and lifestyle medicine for both women and men. He is an internationally known lecturer on nutrition and wellness and has written books about prevention of disease, wellness and nutrition. He teaches and lectures doctors and the public all over the world on wellness and nutrition and has organized international wellness assemblies to bring doctors and wellness specialists together from around the world. He graduated with honors from the University of New Mexico School of Medicine and has taught there as a clinical faculty member, as well as a guest faculty at medical schools around the world. He has served as president of the Greater Albuquerque Medical Association and the New Mexico Medical Society. In the last 10 years, he has served humanitarian missions in emerging countries on four continents. Dr. Williams earned his B.A. in philosophy from Emory University in Atlanta. He then went on to graduate from Ohio State University College of Medicine. He completed his internship in obstetrics and gynecology at the University of Arizona Health Sciences Center. He then completed a residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in Oklahoma City. She is currently a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing, the Texas Nurse Practitioner Association, American Association of Critical Care Nursing and the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She serves on the board of directors for the Children and Community Health Center (CCHC), which is an indigent care clinic that provides health care services to citizens of Collin County who do not have access to health care. As a health care provider, Marcy's goal is to empower patients to take charge of their own health by providing them with valuable information that allows them to make informed and educated decisions regarding their personal health. She believes that preventive medicine should be our first priority, and it is our role to provide the necessary information to patients to help them accomplish the goals of staying well and preventing illness. As an expert in age prevention and bio-identical hormones, his passion is keeping his patients in optimal health through a personalized approach to wellness. This approach is enhanced by his unending determination to understand the latest science and technology available, allowing him to apply that information within his practice. He has been recognized by numerous organizations including being named a Healthcare Hero by the Fort Worth Business Press. Dr. Cotten FNP-C is passionate about helping others and holistic health care. She feels strongly about providing education and options to her patients so that they can be involved in making decisions about their health care. Mandy followed in her father’s footsteps (Dr. Gary Donovitz) and currently manages his practice in Arlington Texas. At the Institute for Hormonal Balance, she performs over 300 pellet procedures monthly and has performed over 10,000 pellet procedures. She also is the Clinic Coordinator at BioTE. Through this position, she helps train others in the importance of hormone optimization and helping people achieve the highest quality of life. The clinic at BioTE in sees over 130 patients and trains over 70 practitioners monthly. Dr. Cotten also trains the front and back office staff of our new practices about the basics of hormones, how to integrate hormones into their offices, and how to manage complications and patient concerns. She was invited to present at the North Texas Nurse Practitioners Association on Hormone Optimization and was selected as a Top Family Nurse Practitioner by the International Nurses Association in 2017. Dr. Cotten FNP-C is also a member of NAMS (North American Menopause Society and AMMG (Age Management Medicine group).
