Welcome to Bill Norman Custom Homes! Family owned and operated, Bill Norman Custom Homes is a true Custom Residential and Commercial Builder. We have served the Tampa Bay Area for over 30 years! Our company carries two registered Florida Contractor’s Licenses to assist you in any of your Residential or Commercial needs. We offer one-on-one assistance throughout the entire construction process. From the initial design to the final stages of your project, we are here to help you create the finished product of your dreams! Whether you have your own set of plans or simply a sketch you drew on your own, we can make that dream a reality. A family owned and operated company, we have been in the Tampa Bay area for more than 30 years. The backbone of the company is it’s owner, Bill Norman. A Syracuse graduate, Bill came down to Tampa and established Bill Norman Custom Homes in 1983. Originally from New Jersey, Bill decided it was time to get out of New England and get to a warmer climate. After building his first home in the Carrollwood area he as continued building beautiful custom homes throughout Tampa in all of it’s prestigious communities. His son has decided to continue expanding the family business. Patrick spent most summers working under his father learning how to run the company. After graduating from Brown University in 2007, Patrick came back to Tampa and started working for his dad. He received his contractors license in 2012 looks forward to working with you on your next project. What makes our work stand out from your other builders is our attention to detail and hands on involvement. We will be on your job daily making sure you are happy with the finished product, if you aren’t happy, neither are we. We take the time to make sure you are comfortable with every step of the construction process and have no problem meeting you on site to discuss your future home or business.
