Big Herm’s has come to life here in Florida from a transplanted Chicago native couple “Us” Ed & Mary Herman. We have been in the food business for several years, now being a Florida transplant we really miss the food back home and decided to bring our favorite Chicago food that we crave so much to the streets of South Florida via food truck. We want to share the genuine authentic “Chicago Style” food that we grew up with and have it be a much loved and enduring dining mainstay here in South Florida for all.
