Our truffles are hand-made with love and care, using various types of chocolate and fillings.  Typically, our truffles will have a ganache filling that is very smooth and full of flavor.  Each ganache is made by our chef personally, from scratch, using real ingredients and the chef's own recipes.  We are also open to custom flavors and decoration upon request, as our chef is able to create a special recipe just for you! Who We Are We are an American based company with European roots.  Our head chef is from France, and trained both oversees and in the United States.  The chef specializes in confections, and has a passion specifically for truffles. (The Banana Rum Truffle is the chef's favorite!)  Using a blend of both classic and innovative techniques, your truffles will be made to order by professionals.
