BG Sebastian Inlet, LLC is the official concessionaire for the renowned Sebastian Inlet State Park on Florida's east coast. Established as a Delaware Limited Liability Company and incorporated in Florida with a filing number L17000110943, BG Sebastian Inlet was founded on May 18, 2017. With its principal mailing address at 11800 S. HWY 475, Ocala, FL, the company is operational under the Florida Altered Domestic Limited LLC structure (FLAL). The current president and an authorized officer include Patricia Marlow.
