Stacy was awesome and very helpful when we first rented, however all of the onsite staff is always so friendly and quick to help in any way possible. We rarely have any maintenance issues, but when we do, Joey ensures they are handed immediately. We love living here and appreciate that the corporate office always hires staff that are well trained in both customer service and the knowledge of the property. We are sad to that that we must bid farewell. I work construction for Duke Energy as a construction manager and this job is nearing completion. This was a great place to call home and the people that work and live her are fabulous. The 2 years we stayed here will not be a lost in memory. We thank you for making our stay so pleasant. We have enjoyed living here for the past year. The Villages at Laurel Meadows is under great management. We are moving due only due to the purchasing of a home. We are so pleased and fortunate to have our home at Laurel Meadows. The staff is very welcoming, understanding and polite. We have friendly neighbors and feel very welcomed and delighted to come home each day! Berkshire is by far the best rental company to lease from. They are very easy to work with, have excellent rentals in GREAT locations, and provide superior customer service. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good quality, affordable rental!
