After receiving his degree in Earth Sciences from the University of California, Santa Cruz, Michael worked for a local geotechnical firm as a Staff Geologist before joining the agency. Michael has since graduated with honors from Chapman University where he received his Master of Business Administration. He is very active in CAI and CACM, currently co-teaching the insurance section of CAI Orange County’s Community Leadership Training Program, and served on the Chapter board for six years (CAI-OC Chapter President – 2016). Her goal is to help managers and board members understand the insurance needs of their associations, both legally and logically. Terri comes from a customer service background and holds a high standard for herself in this regard. A graduate of Santa Clara University, Terri was born and raised in the Bay Area. Personal Lines Representative – is a licensed insurance producer that has provided personal lines service to our clients for three years, first as an Assistant Customer Service Representative. Previously, she was Office Coordinator for an animal hospital where she managed staff and coordinated schedules for and assisted veterinarians. founded Berg Insurance Agency, Inc. in 1973 after receiving his Bachelors degree in History from the University of California, Los Angeles. During his 39 years, the agency became an integral part of the South Orange County insurance community. In 1985, the focus in the agency became providing insurance to Homeowner Associations. Jim joined the Community Associations Institute (CAI) and has served on a number of committees, as well as remaining active in the California Association of Community Managers (CACM).
