We immediately found the service manager to be excellent and worked with us to service trucks based upon our schedule. Based upon the flexible and excellent service, we started considering Bentley as a source for our new vehicles. At first, we were slow to make the switch because they did not have the franchise for a particular truck mfg we had consolidated to. However, Jim and Fred kept working on us and when that mfg had a slip; they came with a great alternative and made it very easy for us to convert to a new mfg purchased through them. They did a great job seeking the best offers available from the manufacturer’s as well as the body builders and then offering us very fair trade in prices on our trucks. Throughout all our truck purchases from Bentley, there has never been any pressure but rather good communication and exchange of information that allowed us to make informed decisions resulting in no surprises.
