Our property management division was started shortly thereafter to assist one of our clients with their investment property. Today we manage 4 of their properties!  We pride ourselves in the personal attention we give to all of our clients, owners, tenants, sellers and buyers. We treat everyone like we'd want to be treated! We have systems in place to care for your property the way you would, if this were your only job.  You can confidently hand over all the stressful and time-consuming responsibilities that come with being a landlord.  We'll handle everything thing. One of our owners recently said, "Why didn't I do this sooner?" We've very hands on and accessible.  We personally answer our phones and actually return phone calls! We're available via phone, text or email. We'll do what it takes to get our home rented to the right tenants! Helen, our Broker Owner has been in the mortgage business for 30+ years and is the Principal Loan Originator of Helen B. Marshall & Company, a licensed mortgage brokerage business.  She has a thorough understanding of how to properly screen potential tenants, using skill, care and diligence so as to get the the right tenants for your property! Once a tenant contacts us, we prequalify them to make sure they would be a good fit for your property.   We respond very quickly to repairs and maintenance requests so little grievances don't have a chance to become big problems. Our tenants know that we are hands-on property managers and very responsive to their concerns.  From time to time we conduct interior inspections and drive by the properties we manage just to make sure nothing is amiss. Our company is currently accepting new clients for property management.  We manage residential as well as commercial properties.  All of our property managers are licensed Realtors who who are committed to your total satisfaction. We are locally owned and operated and live in the Greater Orlando area.
