Benjamin moved to Orlando in 2010, and was excited to share his love for food with every great people in Florida. After a first location on Goldenrod, he and his wife Nathalie decided to open their authentic French bakery in Thorton Park. They fall in love with this little neighborhood in the heart of Downtown Orlando. They want to share their culture with every customers. Like Benjamin said many times, his goal is to make food for people, like he was making it for himself. His love for baking created a great spot to enjoy a fresh and innovative menu. This popular menu includes amazing sandwiches, quiches, croissant and of course pastries.
