(BCI) Mr. Scanlan is a graduate of the University of Tennessee where he received a bachelor’s degree in Communications, and a master’s degree in Business Administration from Georgia State University. (BCI) Mr. Hunt leads with more than 20 years of experience as a consultant and manager working in the fields of employee benefits including business process design, automation and outsourcing; benefits administration system design and implementation; interactive media design; benefit statement production; call center and VOIP integration; video production; general software design/development; and graphic design. Mr. Hunt is a graduate of Vanderbilt University where he completed studies in Economics and Business Administration. Mr. Nichols leads client service and project management with more than 20 years of experience in employee benefit communications and enrollment. Previously, he served as the Chief Operating Officer of an Arizona-based communications and enrollment firm and joined BCI in 2006. Our employees now use BCI’s Benefit Service Center for all benefit-related questions. This service is a huge relief for our HR teams because it gives us more time to focus on core projects. All calls are handled professionally, and employees are provided with accurate information on a timely basis.
