I am an Exercise Physiologist , with a B.S. in Kinesiology, from the State University of New York. The concentration of my Degree program is Fitness Development. In my system we will begin with a few movement screens and assesments. The assesments allow me to tailor a program to your goals and needs. The objective is to meet your needs, injury free all while improving your quality of life. I began my personal fitness journey as a very unhealthy and over weight youth. As a sophmore in High School I was one of the largest youth. I was determined to become healthy! I found success with proper nutrition, a consistent exercise program, and a healthy lifestyle. When I graduated I was one of the most fit. I have dedicated my life , my lifes work, to helping people become healthy. I completly understand the physical, mental and emotional struggles of weight loss. I have also been through multiple reconstruction surgeries: ACL, Meniscus and Labrum. Knowing how to properly exercise around injuries may well be the difference in being consistent in your exercise program. My misson is to help my clients reach their fitness goals, with the lowest risk of injury, teaching proper lifting principals. I specalize in weight loss, body fat reduction, core training and working around injuries. whether you are out of shape or a skilled althete, I will help you be successful in any of your fitness goals.
