She is a national speaker and enjoys her time traveling around the United States educating her peers, company employees, and the consumer. Risha trains healthcare providers and medical offices in the art of cosmetic dermatology and practice management. She was the cosmetic trainer for Advanced Dermatology for seven years; has worked with Aesthetic Advancements; and has led several cosmetic workshops for beginner, intermediate and advanced neuromodulator and dermal filler workshops and courses throughout the nation with her company Aesthetic Enlightenment.
