I have used Bella Computers for the past two years and I can honestly say without hesitation CJ Wortham is not only trustworthy, honest and fair priced. He is extremely knowledgeable. He is the best! On the recommendation of our neighbors we decided to give CJ from Bella Computers a try after running into some computer problems. My husband and I both have computers so after his first visit CJ became our personal rescuer as various problems came up. ...We are always amazed at how he immediately diagnoses the problems and goes right to work solving them. I have had several comupter companies in the past work on my computers and have had to get help else where to correct problems they could not correct. The problem I was encountering with my computers (lap tops and computers) had to do with the operating system (VISTA) and my printer all working together. I called the printer company to correct this problem and I knew in a moment the guy was reading from a script and he only got the problem screwed up more. I waited for him to finish and that didn't help. I called later that day and another person tried to help fix thios problem only to make the situation worse. This happened twice with the same company and it was not fixed. I had known Mr. Wortham from another facility and didn't know of his computer repair expertise business until I mentioned the problem I was having with the script fixers. He told me he could fix the problem, so I asked him to come and fix my problem. This he did and not only these two, but he linked all of my computers and lap tops into a network which no other company offered to do. The final outcome is all the systems are working great as one system and I would recommand Bella Computer, Inc., to anyone who has a problem with their computer equipment. Needless to say our system is our lifeline and CJ always makes sure our system is in excellent running shape with periodic scheduled maintenance and quick response time when the unexpected occurs.
