David brings 20 years of experience as a finance and accounting professional. He has responsibility for the Company's finance, accounting, and back office operations. Prior to joining Bedrock Automation, David held management roles at Maxim Integrated Products, Symantec Corporation, and Guidant Corporation. David began his career at KPMG LLP where he earned his CPA. David graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of California, Los Angeles with a Bachelor's degree in Business/Economics, and earned a master's degree in business administration from Columbia Business School. Director, Field Applications and Product Development Craig has over 25 years of systems and process control experience covering a wide range of industries and processes. He has worked in the areas of product development, technology transfer and commercialization for a significant portion of his career. Prior to joining Bedrock Automation, Craig worked as a Systems and Controls Consultant in the mining industry. Steve co-founded Calmetrics Company in 1988 as a control system integration company. His misadventures with industrial software in the ensuing years led to his founding of Inductive Automation to reinvent the industrial software business and solve pain points well known to the industry. The company was founded in 2003 and Steve is now its President and CEO. Today Inductive Automation is the fastest growing SCADA/ MES company on the planet serving a sizable percentage of Fortune 500 companies in over 85 countries and in virtually every industry. Over 1300 controls integration companies have now signed up with its integrator program. David served as VP of Sales, Marketing and Product Management of Certicom for 5 years. He and his team built Certicom into a leading security provider by tripling the size of the company before it was sold to Research In Motion for $130M. David holds a bachelor of science degree in electrical engineering from Northeastern University and attended MIT’s Sloan School of Management’s Executive Leadership program. Joseph R. (Joe) Bronson is currently Principal, TheBronsonGroup, LLC a business advisory group focused on operational and financial consulting. In addition, he is a Managing Director, Strategic Advisor to Cowen Group, Inc. (“Cowen”) investment banking firm. From 2009 to March 2010, he was the CEO and President of Silicon Valley Technology Corporation (“SVTC”) an outside provider of product development foundry services to the semiconductor industry. Prior to FormFactor, Joe spent 21 years at Applied Materials, Inc. He was also Executive Vice President of Applied Materials from December 2000 to October 2004, and the Chief Financial Officer since January 1998. Joe served as Senior Vice President from January 1998 to December 2000, and as Group Vice President from April 1994 to January 1998. Throughout his career at Applied Materials he held various positions in product division general management, global manufacturing and supply chain responsibility. Joe currently serves on the boards of Jacobs Engineering Group, a leading engineering and construction enterprise listed on the NYSE, PDF Solutions, and a provider of wafer yield management services for the semiconductor industry, listed on NASDAQ. Maxim Integrated Products, Inc., a leading analog semiconductor company listed on NASDAQ, SDC Materials, LLC, a development stage enterprise in the field of nanotechnology materials products, and Ryan Herco Flow Solutions, a private company engaged in the distribution of water filtration components and solutions. Joe is a Member of the Board of Trustees of Fairfield University, Fairfield, Connecticut and Bellarmine Preparatory School in San Jose, California; Joe was the recipient of the President’s Award at Bellarmine in 2014. He is also on the Board of Regents and Chair of the Advisory Board of the Leavey School of Business at Santa Clara University and the Board of Regents at Loyola Marymount University. Joe is a certified public accountant and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Fairfield University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Connecticut. He was inducted into the University of Connecticut Business School Hall of Fame in May 2006. He has recently published Golf Chronicles (An amateur’s lifelong dedication to the game) in April 2016. Russellville Case Study The Russellville Water and Sewer System has replaced a legacy PLC with a secure Bedrock® industrial control system. Bedrock certified solution provider Brown Engineers, of Little Rock, Arkansas, completed the upgrade in November 2015 and the system has been performing to specifications ever since. As part of a plan to realize as much as $2M in savings through improved control, monitoring, operational efficiency, and security of its electric grid and water treatment facilities, the City of Clarksville, Arkansas selected and implemented the Bedrock® control system from Bedrock Automation.
