About Becoming 3D Becoming 3D is a leading provider of 3D printing design-to-manufacturing solutions including 3D printers, print materials and supplies for both professionals and consumers. Our products and services replace and complement traditional operational methods and reduce the time and cost of designing new products by printing real pieces directly from digital input. Founder Grant Sadowski, has a long history of successful and creative business development in the world of print management. He is currently also the President and Chief Executive Officer of Ultra Laser Imaging (2005) and Mosaic Business Solutions (2007), named one of the fastest growing and best companies to work for in Florida for the past 3 years. Before starting Becoming 3D, Matt Craine @mattcraine spent the last 20 years developing innovative web applications and high-end business strategy for small and medium sized companies with a focus on brand evangelism. Clients included public and private companies in the print management, fashion, retail, and tech industries as well as the non-profit sector. Since 2006 Joe Laratro has been the founder and CEO of Tandem Interactive, a boutique agency-style SEM & technology services company to help clients achieve success through online strategies. These practices include local search marketing, pay-per-call lead generation services, analytics, conversion consulting, PR, usability consulting, and search engine marketing. Prior to founding Tandem Interactive, Mr. Laratro served as the Chief Technology Officer for more than six years at one of the world’s largest and most experienced Search Engine Marketing and Optimization firms, based in Boca Raton, FL. As one of the first 100 certified Google AdWords Professionals, a contributor to the founding of the Yahoo! Strategic Provider Program, and a certified Yahoo! Strategic Provider Ambassador, Mr. Laratro continues to prove that he is on the cutting edge of industry developments. In March of 2006, he was invited, as one of only twenty professionals, to sit on the MSN AdCenter Search Council. She later moved to Denver, Colorado, and graduated with a degree in Business Administration and a minor in Communications from Johnson & Wales University in 2015. After graduation, she went on to become the Associate Editor for Wheel:Life, an online peer support program for wheelchair users. Her duties included managing SEO, building webpages, writing, editing, and drafting web content. She also worked as a contractor for The Land Report, a magazine that provides news, information, and insight into America’s land for existing and potential landowners. Monica has had experience contributing to the outdoor industry, non-profits, a land brokerage magazine, medical supply companies, higher education programs, developing applications, and most recently, 3D printing, where she took over editorial roles for Becoming 3D. Dr. Kasper’s passion to care for people and their health has led her on three medical missions. As a volunteer for Feed The Children’s Medical Mission Team in Bolivia, South America she did an outreach for an underprivileged population providing food and health care. During her free time, she volunteers by giving eye exams to the homeless and underprivileged at the Denver Rescue Mission and to the rehabilitation patients of Care Meridian facility.
