He has been selling to Asia since 1994, and sourcing from Asia since 1996. He was a trainer, technologist and manager in the XIANGYANG AUTOMOBILE BEARING SHARE COMPANY.,LTD from 1978 to 2001, and managed private companies from the year 2001 He is involved with product design and pricing at RAD since 2008. He also is familiar with ISO9001 and TS16949 protocols. Many purchasers of bearings from overseas sources discover that the consistency of the product from one lot to the next is mixed at best.
