We will teach you tried and true triathlon training principles for swimming, biking and running. Staying “injury-free” is of utmost importance, and we will teach you to listen to your body to avoid it. In addition to regular workouts, we want to make sure you are getting enough rest and you are feeling good about your training – so we will incorporate the mental aspects of training in your workouts as well. We will encourage you to focus on achieving your own personal best. After all, training should not just be a means to an end, but it should be enjoyable along the way.
