Beaches Veterans Memorial Park, Inc., originally known as Veterans Park, was established on June 21, 2010, following approval from the Atlantic Beach Florida City Commission and concerted efforts by local veterans' organizations. The park's mission is to honor and commemoratively support veterans through community involvement and contributions. Based in Jacksonville Beach, Florida, the organization operates under the guidance of a non-profit board comprising members from various veteran groups including American Legion Post 129, 233, and 316; VFW Post 3270; the Fleet Reserve Unit 290; and the Mayport Chapter of Military Officers Association of America (MOAA). The combined representation of over 4,000 organized Beaches Veterans provides a robust network for both financial support and volunteer labor, often referred to as "sweat equity." Incorporated as a non-profit corporation with state approval, Beaches Veterans Memorial Park is in the process of securing its status as a 501(c)(3) entity under IRS guidelines. This designation will enable tax-deductible contributions toward park initiatives and enhancements. Leadership roles within the organization include Clarence H. Epreside Hill (President), Harvey K.
