I came to Florida as a waypoint toward my mission to raise my career status. Six years into it I have embraced the Florida salt life… giving up an empty career path and selling off everything to move to Flagler Beach. As the oldest of seven kids with working parents I had to learn how to cook very young and have always had a love of the culinary arts. Creating a Cuban sandwich that my whole family could enjoy was what started my new path and seeing full happy people fed my fire.
