Steve has been buying, selling, managing and building real estate for over 30 years. Over the last 12 years, he has participated with others in the marketing, purchasing and selling of some 3,000 pre-construction properties worth $1.5 billion. He has personally bought and sold $10 million worth of preconstruction properties. Steve has owned beach condos in rental programs for over 15 years. He currently serves as a principal in Price Morgan, LLC along with Tom Bissmeyer and Kyle Dreier. For 20 plus years, he has owned a real estate management company, specializing in single-family houses and beachfront resort condominiums. Steve has also owned a construction company for four years, building custom and spec houses. Prior to that, Steve served in corporate America for 23 years, holding a management position as President and CEO of a Fortune 500 company. He currently co-own's a major logistics company based in Tennessee. Tom has been involved in the real estate industry from commercial development to investment condos and vacation rentals for over 24 years. Along with Steve Presley, Tom has participated in the selling of hundreds of millions of dollars of resort properties from Florida to Mexico. Tom has Bachelors and Masters degrees in Finance and spent the early part of his professional career working for an international accounting and consulting firm. Tom worked for a large real estate development company in the Midwest where his responsibilities included financing over $100 million in properties on a annual basis. Tom's ability to develop and lead large teams of independent representatives comes from working for almost 10 years with an international distribution company. He was part of a team that developed and opened several international markets throughout Asia and the South Pacific. At one time there were over 10,000 independent representatives under his leadership. Dan, thanks for your prompt reply. My husband and I thought that Matt had handled our reservation last month at 3193 Yellow Lantana, very professionally and the instructions and information he sent were excellent. We also found that from booking the dates on the availability calendar, to making the deposit on credit card,it all went very smoothly. So, when we decided to purchase a property for ourselves we thought it would be a good idea to get some information from your management company. We have an offer pending in Encantada. We should know by the end of the week if it will be closing and also the timeframe in which it will close. I called the credit card company, they said it wouldn't be a problem to have it transferred over to new card if it doesn't automatically do for me. Thank you again for being so helpful through everything! We were very pleased with rental 1409 and had no problems whatsoever. Thanks for your help and we will definitely keep you in mind for us (or others') needs in PCB in the future. We left some soap (laundry, DW, bath), paper towels & extra TP for others' use. Its nice to have some of those basic items on hand on move in. OK, just making sure. Everything went well overall and we did enjoy the Shores of Panama as well as unit 1413. I just wanted to tell you that Aqua 702 was really a treat. Just wanted to say thank you for all your help- we had a great time! We would like to book again for next July. Is it too early? 1714 was awesome but would like a bigger one for next year. Yes, we had a wonderful time in Panama City - We usually stay at Mexico Beach or St. George Island but I think we enjoyed this trip better than any of the others. We are definitely considering renting this condo again - the location of the condo within Laketown Wharf was perfect and the location of Laketown Wharf itself was perfect (the area was not too busy). Thank you so much for your help in finding us a great place to stay while in Panama City Beach. We had a super trip and we were very pleased with everything about the condo. I will definately get in touch with you when we are planning our next trip to the beach. Speaking of....do you have any properties in Pensacola Beach? We rented from you July 2008 & July 2009 both times we stayed at the Shores of Panama (which is the only place we've stayed in PC). We were going to go ahead and book our July 2010 trip with you guys and we were wondering if there was another condo that you would recommend, we want to be on the beach and we enjoy a nice pool. Just wanted you to be aware that the door from the bedroom to the balcony we can not get open. But other than that everything is perfect! Thanks again for you help with everything. WE will definitly be renting from you again. One more question do you have chalets in Gatlinburg? We usually take a trip there every year also.
