Chef Richard became the Executive Chef of a Bistro on the Coast of Maine loving the fresh seafood that Maine had using the skills and techniques coupled with Richard’s own creativity making menus that shortly after had a following that continued to grow. Having plans to end up in Florida where his Friend and fellow Chef worked Lawrence Klang at Fish Out of Water. First stopping in New Jersey to work and spend some time with family where Richard is originally from Brooklyn NY.
Chef Richard took the position as Head Chef in Cranburry NJ at the Blue Rooster Café, loving the fresh produce available to him in the “Garden State” where has had several critiques from the food writer of Princeton NJ (Pat Tanner) and after the 3rd write up in the lifestyle section of the Princeton Packet getting better and better reviews each time Richard thought it's time to make his move to the Emerald Coast. Chef Richard came to work at “Fish Out of Water”5 years ago gaining the position of Chef De Partie. Richard was very excited to cook with and create dishes with the fresh seafood the Gulf Coast offered and using fresh produce available to him, found a new passion! Wanting to start his own business and use all he has learned in his travels.

This is why it's important to me to be so versatile and give you every option and solutions for your culinary needs, whether it be for your mother's anniversary dinner or a surprise party that's just the warm Gathering of friends or nice Soiree to impress some clients at your beach house right down to putting a smile on a child's face at their birthday party.
Not only are we caterers but we also can bring my state of the art food truck as part of our Services. it's a trailer fully licensed and insured to any location for your festivities... can even look for us at local venues such as Gulf Coast Jam I was just there. We're going to do Thunder Beach Festival. I'm looking to get into all of them and the Niceville by you Mullet Festival.
