Dear Anglers, We at BBTS feel it necessary to explain the non-refundability of deposits for tournament registration. At no time are deposits non-refundable in the case of tournament cancelation due to weather. We need the deposits so we can get a boat count and let our Captain’s Meeting host know how many people to expect which is why we have requested them before registration. Deposit checks are held until 3 days before the tournament so we can check the weather for any possible tournament canceling forecasts. If no bad weather is forecast then the tournament deposit checks will be deposited giving them time to clear.
