Co-Owner of Bay Pointe Real Estate / Licensed Broker / Realtor Chris started in property management in 2006 setting up a long term rental company in Barnsley, South Yorkshire, England. By 2011 he had vacationed in Florida many times and was ready for the move. In early 2012 he arrived in Florida and started a vacation property management near Walt Disney World, working with IPG Vacation Homes. By 2014 he got his sales associate license so he could sell houses to clients in the Orlando area with IPG Realty, LLC. By mid 2016, he made his final move to South West Florida to help manage vacation homes by the beach. This took off well and by mid 2017 he was co-owner and broker for Bay Pointe Real Estate LLC. Working from all 3 beach office locations, Chris is there to help you buy and sell property in the local area. Brandon, partner of Bay Pointe Real Estate & Bay Pointe Vacation Rentals, based in Bonita Springs and Fort Myers Beach, Florida is an experienced Realtor with a demonstrated history of working in the Real Estate industry. Brandon studied at Full Sail University and comes from a three generation Real Estate family. His consistent communication, strong attention to detail and great customer service sets a higher standard of priority for his clients. Brandon lives, works and plays on this beautiful island and monitors the pulse of the Real Estate market on a daily basis. Brandon is family orientated with a passion for helping others. Passionate about the water, some of his favorite places in the United States to dive are Key Largo, Key West, West Palm Beach and Pompano Florida. Frank and Betty Battaglia were born and raised in Chicago Il and have been with Bay Pointe Real Estate LLC since January 2005. With to share them with buyers and sellers. Autumn Hoffmann’s integrity, energy, client service, and local expertise shines through in every detail of your real estate transaction. Growing up in small town Michigan, Autumn’s friendly, straight forward attitude is easily her number one attribute. She achieved her Bachelors degree in hospitality and her love for serving others makes her stand out in the field. After college, Autumn made South West Florida her home loving all that the area has to offer. She was introduced to Real Estate through vacation rentals, making her knowledge for investment properties a cut above the rest. Sue started her learning of customer service at an early age as she grew up in Southwest Indiana on Main Street USA, helping in her parent’s furniture store. Later, while raising their six children she spent 35 years in Human Resources, Executive Administration and Customer Service.
