At Baterbys, we believe that art should be sold with honesty and integrity. To that end, we strive to ensure that art is sold for art’s sake, due to its aesthetic appeal, and that our prices are always in line with current market values. We will never knowingly misrepresent the artworks we sell and will always be truthful in all our dealings with clients and partners. Our company is built on a strong philanthropic foundation. As such, we are devoted to supporting a variety of charitable organizations with our time, experience, and auction expertise. As licensed, bonded, and insured auctioneers, we are committed to uphold both the rules and statutes of the Florida and National Association of Auctioneers, as well as the Florida Department of Business, Professional Regulation, and Uniform Commercial Code. We promise to promote these organizations as the gold standard for the industry though honest and fair business practices.
