Since 1994, we have helped more than 75,000 players get signed to a college team, more than 5,000 get drafted by a pro team, and more than 500 play for MLB teams.
. Once an evaluation is complete, we place that player in the appropriate development program. Players flow through our system in the same manner many young prospects move through the levels of a Major League organization (Rookie, A, AA, AAA, MLB). At each level, players are challenged both physically (through competition, high-level training, and accelerated techniques) and mentally (through Baseball IQ, life skills, and academic guidance) with the purpose of helping each player reach his full potential.
Baseball Factory offers a unique, hands-on system for players who want to develop to their fullest capability–from academic specialists who know the ins and outs of the college admission process to some of the most sought-after instructors in the world who know how to bring out the very best in each player on the field to a marketing platform that has helped more players compete at the college baseball level than any other organization in America.
For most families, the economics of allowing your child take part has to be one of the main elements in the decision making process. And yes it’s a wonderful opportunity to have your son selected to take part in one of these events. But you have to be able to afford it. I 100% completely understand both sides of the coin.
Our son may or may not develop into a baseball player. But we waste so much money on a daily basis doing nothing for our family. So why not invest in our son now? And adding quality memories and value to his early life that potentially will create more confidence for his overall development down the road.
Thank you Geoff and Justin for helping and guiding our Kahala Warriors’ players! Truly appreciate everything your organization does!
Graham had a blast at Pirate City and learned so much from the outstanding group of coaches. Fantastic facilities, beautiful weather, and baseball, what more could you ask for? Looking forward to his evaluation. We will talk soon. Thanks for you help.
I loved Pirate City! It was by far the best baseball experience I've ever had. I enjoyed meeting new coaches and players! I learned a lot of new drills, that I will continue to do, to help better my game, both on offense and defense. I definitely want to go back next summer.
It really is special when someone like yourself takes the time to really find out more about me and my goals and promises to help me reach those.
I wanted to take a second to reach out to you to let you know how much I really appreciated not only the wonderful event, but also for taking the time to personally speak with me and my father and uncle. It really is special when someone like yourself takes the time to really find out more about me and my goals and promises to help me reach those. That is something I will never forget.
I had a blast at the event and after seeing the talent that is out there, believe now more than ever if I keep working and doing the right things I can compete with the best out there. It really gets me excited for what my junior year in High School will bring along with this summer and upcoming seasons as well. It helped me realize that the hard work in weight room and in cages and individual workouts are working and that along with continued top grades are going to help me reach my goals and dreams. And for that I am very thankful for the opportunity you all gave me.
I know you are busy, and I don't want to take up to much of your time, so please let me know if there is anything I can do to help you help me so to speak. (I know that sounds cheezy from Jerry McGuire) but it really kind of fits in this situation.
Thanks for your time and help. I can not tell you how much I appreciate it.
It was awesome to see you after 24 years. It was also amazing how you remembered me from doing my video back in 1994. It really shows that you do in fact care about each and everyone of these kids that goes through your program no matter what their level of talent is.
My son Don has had an excellent experience with Baseball Factory since he was a freshman. Steve Nagler did an outstanding job for Don, my wife and I. As a result he's committed, been accepted and will be attending Franklin & Marshall College this Fall. Don worked very hard in the classroom and on the field to get into F&M. Steve and the rest of your organization deserve a lot of credit for helping him get there. Thanks again and we'll continue to recommend Baseball Factory in the future to any parent.
We are grateful for the opportunities you gave him to train and compete against some of the top players in the country which helped drive him towards his goal.

Dan Mooney... my only regret is, I wish I could have taped him. I came home and told my husband, parents all about him and I wish I could replay for them, Ash and myself. He did a great job "speaking in the boy's language", and making his point. I looked over at Ash every so often, and I don't think he ever took his eyes off Dan. In fact, he and I talked a lot about what he said, which showed me that Ash truly digested everything he had to say.
I had an amazing time in Arizona! Everything about the whole experience is something I will never forget! I've also learned so many new strategies and ways to prepare for games. All my coaches were excellent and lots of fun to be around and learn from. After my first player meeting, we found some things in my stance that I could tweak. The next couple games, I started making better contact and got some solid hits. Aside from the baseball aspect, I had a blast hanging out with my teammates. It took a day or two to get to know each other but after the that, we all were hanging out and having a great time! Again I want to thank you for making this a possibility for me and giving me the opportunity to work with such a great group of coaches and playing with such a great group of guys.
