Mr. Young, joined the Barnes Capital Group as insurance consultant in 2014. He holds a life, health and variable annuity license as well as a series 6 license. With over 20 years in the insurance business his primary focus will be on group benefits. With specific training on the new ACA law and certified through the marketplace with specific training in group health insurance and Medicare. A Florida State alumni he is currently now enrolled in the CEBS program through the business college of Wharton. The CEBS designation the most comprehensive designation for a benefits consultant. Mr. Young is also very involved in his church and serves as a Deacon. He is also involved in coaching baseball and basketball in many youth leagues. He is married with 2 children. Mr. McMillan is a Benefits Relationship Manager in the Group Benefits segment of our firm, having joined Barnes Capital Group, LLC when it was formed in 2014. He maintains insurance licenses for life, health and fixed annuities. With over 30 years in the financial services industry, Mr. McMillan brings diverse experience from various sectors including Insurance and Commercial & Mortgage Banking. Mr. McMillan is a native of Quincy, Florida, to which he has recently returned after a 28-year absence. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Florida State University and is pleased to be back amongst family and friends in Quincy. Brad Hoard began his insurance career over 19 years ago as an individual life, health and disability producer. In 1996 he began focusing on the group insurance market. Since then Mr. Hoard, President of Employee Benefits Consultants, Inc. (EBCI), has worked diligently on developing innovative solutions for his clients. EBCI is a subsidiary of U.S. Employee Benefits Service Group. Mr. Hoard works directly with his groups in the areas of health insurance consulting, administration and enrollments, and core and voluntary employee benefits. He currently works with cities, counties, and state agencies, as well as private businesses and national associations, with a primary focus in the K-12 market. In doing so, Mr. Hoard has developed a reputation in the north Florida market as a representative that will go above and beyond to provide his clients the best possible employee benefits package, along with unparalleled customer service to the group’s employees. Mr. Hoard graduated from Florida State University. He resides in Tallahassee Florida with his wife and children.
