The Bantas are all intimately involved in the day to day management and decision making. We maintain an open door policy for not only employees but also for residents. In 1999, a single family division was added to purchase and then lease, lease-option or sell (usually with owner financing) moderate to medium priced homes to mainly first time home renters and buyers. In larger units, we provide on-site management with a wide range of talent. Our 24 hour emergency maintenance service provides peace of mind to our tenants while enhancing property values for our clients.
