Banner International was started back in 2005 by Nick Horton the founder of the U.K. company Glenhurst Properties. It was this background that helped launch Banner International to the forefront of Florida real estate. The family oriented ideals of Banner Int’l was a great contributor to the success of the business, it was also this emphasis on family that gave the company its name. Utilizing a background in Commercial Banking and founding a successful property investment company in Europe, in 2005 Nick established Banner International as a full service Real Estate Brokerage. Nick is based jointly in Orlando and on the Florida Gulf Coast. Nick is a hands on Broker, actively listing properties for a number on Banks and working with residential and commercial investors. Barbara is Accounts and Administration Manager, truly the backbone of our family business. In addition to this she takes care of tenant and client relations, also making sure the Realtors of the Banner International team have the resources ready and available to make our clients buying or renting experience as straight forward as possible. Having lived and worked in France for many years, Alison is a fluent French speaker and utilizes her communication, business and negotiation skills to the full advantage. Since 2012 Alison has successfully acquired over $7.5M of residential, investment and vacation homes for her clients who come to her from all over the world. Based in Clearwater but also owning a home in the Disney area, Alison has an in depth knowledge of the Real Estate Market from Tampa to Orlando that is invaluable to her clients. Ross is the youngest member of our family team. With many years of growing up around the property management business it was natural for him to become one of our talented Managers, he oversees properties in the Orlando/ Tampa area and is also the company IT specialist.
