I am a stay at home mother to a spunky little girl born in October of 2014. Before staying home with my daughter I worked as a social worker and spent my nights and weekends as a freelance makeup artist. We are expecting our second baby girl in March 2017. I started this blog as a means to share all parts of my balancing act. I soon realized as a mom, that I now had another part of life to start juggling…hence the whole “Balancing Pieces”…see what I did there. You’ll soon come to find out that I find myself hilarious! Anyways, back to my story as a mom, a wife, a makeup artist, a daughter, a sister, a friend, a young woman (see even the list is exhausting) there are a lot of different pieces to juggle in order to stay a sane and productive member of society.
