BALANCE HEALTH STUDIO, INC., situated in Seagrove Beach, Florida, was founded on October 19, 2006 by Kelli J. Precourt, a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in health and fitness. Inspired during her vacation along the panhandle, she sought to cultivate a comprehensive yoga community in the area. Her extensive background as a personal trainer, certified Spinning instructor, U.S. Olympic athlete, and yoga teacher has shaped Balance Health Studio into a hub for diverse fitness options, including Spinning, core fitness, bootcamps, and personal training. Recognizing the importance of holistic wellness, Kelli initiated the studio with an emphasis not only on physical well-being but also on integrating health as part of everyday life. Her commitment to fostering yoga education led to establishing one of the few Yoga Teacher Training programs in Florida's panhandle. As a Yoga Alliance certified school, Balance Health Studio empowers new teachers and extends its influence beyond Seagrove Beach. The studio's mission is further expanded by Dr. Bart, who combines his expertise in chiropractic, acupuncture, kinesiology, nutrition, dietary supplements, and various soft tissue techniques. With a shared passion for yoga, he teaches anatomy, nutrition, and holistic health within Balance's Yoga Teacher Training program. Dr. Bart, an accomplished public speaker, author, personal trainer, and fitness instructor, values the simplicity of achieving health through education, empowerment, and action. Precourt as President and Director, alongside Bartholomew Precourt who serves as Vice President.
