He holds a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of South Florida. He also has a degree in Business Management from the University of Florida, and is University of Florida TREEO certified in both Cross-Connection Control Program Management and Surveys and Inspections. Brad has been with BSI over a decade, and currently oversees all day-to-day operations of the company. Christine Walsh | Vice President of Business Operations Christine is the Vice President of Business Operations for BSI. She is certified in Backflow Program Management by the AWWA. She has been at BSI for over a decade at which she possesses phenomenal leadership attributes and oversees the BSI customer service staff. Her dedicated work in servicing our municipal customers is an integral reason for BSI’s tremendous success. Katie Rager | Vice President of Business Development Katie works with every department ensuring that all needs are met and the company is running as efficiently as possible. Katie is dedicated to both our employees and customers, and has been an integral part of BSI’s infrastructure. With over 15 years experience in the backflow industry she can handle it all. Katie is specialized in both human and capital resource management. Beriah is a stickler for organization, structure, and efficiency and dedicated to provide our customers with the best online backflow experience. His background of Over 20 years’ in Information Architecture and Application Design have helped us deliver an exceptional experience for all of our stakeholders. When he isn’t behind a keyboard you can find him on a snowboard or in his vegetable garden. Michelle has brought her knowledge and experience in business administration to BSI. She has used her experience, her creative marketing initiatives and commitment to BSI to assist in the growth of our business.
