Dispite having that international je ne sais quoi that allows them to transcend expectations, EJay and ToyaJae have continued to attended numerous hair shows and training sessions to further enhance their knowledge base, and keep abreast of current trends. Mone't (better known as Mo') recently joined the Back2Back Studios team and, fits in seamlessly with her passion, style and creativity as an aspiring hair artist. Mo's specializes in Natural Hair Care , Custom Colors, and Weaves but, is profoundly known for her Blowouts & Press. After spending time in Orlando, FL studying at the Aveda School of hair; I returned to Jacksonville where I gained a great deal of experience from some of the most popular hair stylists in the business. Having traveled to Europe I also had the opportunity to experience the London vibe, this experience helped me maintain global contact with a variety individuals from not only in the hair and fashion industries but, the performing arts, makeup, and skin care fields too. For as long as I can remember I have always had a inward passion for everything about beauty! As i started to focus on my dreams I began to dabble in fashion. I started off by doing internships in the UK for Burberry and Michelle Lowe-holder. Very early on in my internship I realized my heart was truly in the hair and makeup industry after realizing I would always find my way over to the beauty area during every photo shoot. I am now a licensed cosmetologist and a self-taught make up artist. Realizing how happy I made women by them seeing a transformation in themselves is what truly magnified my love for the career path I chose.
