Back Office Remedies was founded in 2015 but there is a lot of history behind it. Jeffery Stone, the founder and President of Back Office Remedies, got his start in the human resources industry back in 2001 when he founded a staffing company. Our CFO, Cristina joined his company as an accountant in 2002. Jeff derived a great deal of personal satisfaction helping put otherwise hard-working people back to work. He recalls the greatest moment at the business was when his staffing employees were hired by his client companies as regular full-time employees, even though there were no monetary incentives for his company. He celebrated their new careers, as anyone would for their family, friends or loved ones. In just four years, he grew the company to $12 million in gross sales employing over 15,000 people.
