Back Home Country Cookery, LLC or easier the "The Cookery" was formed to share recipes, ideas, products and services where possible.  Why did we elect the name the Cookery and not some fancy elaborate name?  The answer is easy as my Mom and I are both originally from Texas and have country roots.  We have a large selection of favorite recipes that have been passed down and customized for generations for over hundreds of years in our family.  Mostly recipes we grew up with and now mixed with some creativity and a more simplified modern approach.  These have become part of our best works.   On our blog we will keep you updated on what we are doing, recipe shares and many other useful topics.
