Ian Samph, the president and owner of Back Bay Contracting Inc., has been providing construction services to Southwest Florida for the last 20 years, establishing his own company in 2004. Ian has worked on many notable projects, large and small, residential and commercial, around South Florida and prides himself and his business on quality craftsmanship and honesty. His motto has always been to maintain honesty and loyalty to his customers whether he gets the sale or not. With the help of his family operated staff and the strong business relationships he has built over the years, his business continues to thrive from word of mouth and a positive reputation. Ian’s business and life partner, wife Serena Strauss Samph, joined the team a few years ago aiding in the design of remodeling projects. With over a decade of experience in Interior Design in South Florida, Serena offers valuable insight and tools to our team.
