BH Management’s roots date back to 1993 when Harry Bookey formed the company with a roster of just five apartment communities. Today, our founder continues to lead the firm, serving as inspiration for its 1,900-plus employees. With revenues now surpassing $500 million annually, BH Companies has come a long way in a short time. What may be less obvious, however, is how we got here. Our guiding principles are simple and direct. First, invest in employees—they are the front line of our team and the foundation of our success. Second, go above and beyond to satisfy customers.

As a result, we are ever vigilant about the interests of partners and clients, carefully balancing dollars invested against anticipated return. As A Resident Who Has Been In This Hell Hole For Going On 2 Years Now., I Would Never Recommend Living Here..I Actually Cannot Wait For My Lease To Be Up So I Can Get As Far Away As Possible..The Walls Are So Thin I Can Hear Full Conversations From My Neighbors & I’ve Had Some Animal Living In My Wall & Ceiling Each Spring Since 2015..I Have Spoken To The Office Numerous Times But Nothing Gets Done..Their Staff Is Rude., Aside From Ben., Who Genuinely Tries To Help..There Is A Lack Of Communication & They Are In No Way Trustworthy..When I First Moved In., I Should’ve Noticed The Red Flags..I Was Given A “Newly Renovated” Apartment That Had A HUGE Travel Stain In The Center Of The Living Room..I Was Told They’d Send Cleaners Out To Remove It & They Never Did..I Then Had Billing Issues Where They Credited My Deposit Elsewhere & Then Emailed Me Saying I Was Behind & Needed To Pay Them 2 Months Worth Of Rent Within Two Weeks..Over My Current Stay., I Have Had Leakage From My A/C Unit., The Ceiling In My Bathroom Leak & Nearly Collapse Each Time It Rained., & Told I Couldn’t Fully Shut My Bathroom Door When Taking A Shower Because The Condensation Causes Leakage In The Apartment Below Me..My Toilet Overflowed Once., & Rather Than Coming To Assist., They Knocked On My Door Concerned Because The Apartment Below Had A Leak..They Come Into My Complex Unannounced Which Effects Employment Of My Partner Who Works From Home., WHICH THEY ARE AWARE OF..They Have On Various Occasions Sent Letters Around Saying They’d Be Entering Complexes For A Plethora Of Reasons & Never Shown Up..They Were Suppose To “Inspect” My Apartment Monday & I Asked If Tuesday Could Work Because Then., Their Entrance Would Not Effect My Partners Employment Because She’d Be Off..They Agreed..They Never Showed Up., & When I Called Them Around 1pm., I Was Told They Should Still Be Coming & To Expect A Callback..I Never Received A Callback & When I Called Them An Hour Later., The Person Who’s Just Clocked In Had No Idea Of The Situation Or That I Had Been Waiting Because Whomever He Relieved Hadn’t Informed Them..I Was Then Told That They Would Not Come That Day..So Again., I Asked When They’d Be Able To Come., I Was Then Told Wednesday At 9am..I Set An Alarm On My Second Day Off JUST To Get Up & Wait For Them..Come 945., Still No One Has Shown..I Called Them & The Front Office Went Back & Forth., Giving Me The Runaround & Making Their Mistake Seem Like It Was My Fault..Although They Were The Ones Making Promises They Could Not Keep..Suddenly., I Was Told “It Will Be Sometime This Week”..THAT IS NOT WHAT I HAD BEEN TOLD REPEATEDLY..They Even Had The Nerve To Say I Was Forcing Them To Do What They Could Not., Because I Was Asking For Proper Communication..This Complex., Along With Their Staff Is A Horrible Choice If You Want To Live Peacefully..Oh.! Did I Mention They Even Tried To Hang Up In My Face After Realizing Their Wrong.? Smh..
