After retirement from NYPD, Bruce moved to Florida and entered the property management field. While working for a large management company in Broward County, Bruce managed all types of associations including high rise condominiums, waterfront properties, and large homeowner associations. He was selected by the Managers Report magazine in February 2003 as the manager of the month in Florida, while managing Winston Trails in Lake Worth. Bruce resides in Lighthouse Point with his wife Donna. Michael Curtis was born in Fort Lauderdale, FL. Michael graduated from Cardinal Gibbons High School in Fort Lauderdale. After graduation, Michael went to work for the City of Fort Lauderdale where he worked in the maintenance department where he excelled in landscaping. Michael then went to follow in Bruce’s footsteps in Property Management. Michael has been a LCAM since 2011 where he has worked to turn around troubled associations.
