The 29-year history of the Aventura Marketing Council / World-Class Chamber of Commerce is filled with accomplishment, pride and growth. Created in 1988 to carve out a niche for this upstart community, the founders of the Aventura Marketing Council did just that...and so much more. In addition to the many events, networking functions, and other member benefits, the Aventura Marketing Council / World-Class Chamber of Commerce has organized several committees for members. Banter was volleyed between an all-star tennis panel and Emcee Will Manso, WPLG Channel 10 sports anchor, at a recent Aventura Marketing Council breakfast meeting sponsored by global furniture icon Roche Bobois Paris. Aventura Marketing Council chairman Cliff Schulman, Weiss Serota Helfman, started the meeting which included the presentation of two plaques to Roche Bobois’ Julien Bigan, Communications Director U.S., for sponsoring the event and for being a new Council member. Bigan noted, “I want to mention the two ‘Adlers’ who made this all possible – our PR firm, The Adler Network, who introduced me to the ‘second’ Adler- Elaine [no relation]. Through the Adlers’ guidance, Roche Bobois concluded that Aventura was perfect for our new showroom.” Just before Super Bowl 2014, American Leisure Tours hosted a winning Aventura Marketing Council Chairman’s Roundtable luncheon with the support of Decorus Realty, featuring Santana Moss, Washington Redskins wide receiver and Marq Cirqua, former NFL linebacker, now serving on the NFL Players Association South Florida Board of Directors. AMC Chair Cliff Schulman of Weiss Serota Helfman kicked off the event by welcoming all-star business and community leaders to Luca Bella, Aventura’s favorite family-style Italian restaurant, along with Jacky Bijaoui of American Leisure Tours and Patricia Rotsztain of Decorous Realty Bijaoui explained American Leisure Tours specializes in offering great travel options for individuals, groups and families including customized U.S. and international tours, cruises, breathtaking sightseeing “Helicotours” and Club Med vacation or business meetings. AMC members were invited to join in a Family Weekend at Club Med, Sandpiper Bay, June 6-8 featuring sports challenges, entertaining shows, dancing, children’s programs and more super fun in the sun! Touching down on “real estate perfected,” Rotsztain, recently appointed State Director for the Florida Association of Realtors, noted buyers, sellers and investors from around the world appreciate Decorus Realty for recruiting a championship team of over 160 experienced, multi-lingual agents.
