Lynne T. Murphy ERYT200 Owner, Authentic Fusion Rosa Jones is a certified KRI Level One Kundalini Yoga Instructor. The moment she tuned-in in her firstKundalini class in 2012, she knew she had come home. Rosa’s fun-loving nature yearns to elevate herself and others through this elegant holistic yoga practice in a safe and compassionate environment. This non-religious practice is meant for everyone! It combines postures, breath, mudra, mantra and eye-focus. This technology aims to strengthen the nervous system, balance the glandular system, and provide physical health. It teaches observation of the mind bringing it under your command to reveal a happy heart, and uncovers the Spirit so as to realize your holiness. Rosa has completed the 220 hour course, The Aquarian Teacher TM , as taught by Yogi Bhajan, is a member of the International Kundalini Yoga Teacher Association (IKYTA), and fulfilled Yoga Alliance’s 200 hour national standard for RYT. Christian Gauthier is the Education Program Coordinator at Kadampa Meditation Center Florida and has been practicing Kadampa Buddhism for 8 years. He is known for his joyful and gentle teachings. He is a resident at KMC Florida and is a student on the Teacher Training Program. He has dedicated himself in the service of others by supporting KMC Florida in many ways. His love for meditation and helping others has a positive impact on everyone he meets. Where We Are: We are a boutique YOGA, Wellness & SUP Paddle Board Studio on the Island in Venice, FL offering a variety of activities for all ages and every stage of life! Small Group and Private YOGA and TRX Training as well as special workshops and programs with guest teachers and practitioners take place in the comfort of our air-conditioned Studio. SUP Paddle Board Lessons, Excursions, Sunrise, Sunset and Full Moon Paddles and SUP Yoga encourage the entire family to get fit and have fun in the outdoor beauty of Venice and the Gulf of Mexico.
