We offer Project Management as a Service, or PMaaS, to develop strategy and prepare go-to-market materials. This includes a comprehensive approach to meet our clients' needs and demonstrate the value of providing an end-to-end service. We are also very excited to launch an internal program to assist our AustinCSI associates in obtaining their CAPM or PMP certification. Our commitment is to provide a yearly program so our associates develop and maintain their project management skills. Our quality and test delivery services drive predictability, transparency and accountability to attain continuous quality and efficiency while reducing the overall cost. The Women's Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC), founded in 1997, is the largest third-party certifier of businesses owned, controlled, and operated by women in the United States. WBENC, a national 501(c)(3) non-profit, partners with 14 Regional Partner Organizations to provide its world class standard of certification to women-owned businesses throughout the country. Outside of the United States, certification is provided by our alliance partner, WEConnect International. Founded on the basis of inclusion, AustinCSI’s diversity starts with our leadership and translates to our consultants. Each year in Dallas, Atlanta and Orlando, we partner with this organization for Partnership in Action walk. Our most recent 5k walk helped support communities in gaining access to clean, sustainable water supply. At AustinCSI, we have collected food for holiday meals, raffled airline tickets to raise money, and adopted children during the holiday season to provide for their needs and wants. Since 1982, the NTFB has had a clear and simple mission statement: to passionately pursue a hunger-free community. As a team, we support this vision by donating our time (and food-bagging skills) to help provide the means for meals to be distributed to families throughout North Texas that need a little help. “Doing The Most Good." In these four words, the mission is - to feed, to clothe, to comfort, to care. To rebuild broken homes and broken lives. As a firm, we have hosted our own School Supplies Drive to gather school supplies for children who are not fortunate enough to provide these items for themselves. We are a local partner of Creative Mornings; since every event is free of charge, we support the local chapter to stay active in the local creative community. The mission of Love for Kids is “to ensure that children and their parents have easy access to education and resources." Every year we support this mission by investing our time to help throw a Texas size holiday party for deserving group of kids and their parents. Rizwan is responsible for providing strategic direction for AustinCSI. With over 25 years of experience in the industry, Rizwan has held several executive level positions where he has advised senior level executives in a range of industries related to financial services, telecommunications, consumer products, and manufacturing. Rizwan works with start-ups to Fortune 50 companies to design and implement necessary strategies and high impact solutions that address critical business issues. Rizwan is responsible for providing strategic direction for AustinCSI. With over 25 years of experience in the industry, Rizwan has held several executive level positions where he has advised senior level executives in a range of industries related to financial services, telecommunications, consumer products, and manufacturing. Rizwan works with start-ups to Fortune 50 companies to design and implement necessary strategies and high impact solutions that address critical business issues. Prior to co-founding AustinCSI, Rizwan served as Executive Director of International Operations for Excel Communications overseeing the initiation and successful implementation of a technology and business process infrastructure in Europe. Recognized as a thought leader, he has also served on leadership teams of numerous companies responsible for worldwide automation software business to internal business process and project management initiatives. At Ernst and Young, he led the Middle Market Practice for the company’s ERP Solutions practice. Under his stewardship, AustinCSI has emerged as a firm highly regarded for applying a flexible client-centered approach to deliver innovative insights and solutions. Rizwan graduated with a BS in Information Technology from the University of Texas at Arlington and also received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Karachi. He is a member of the Project Management Institute and Scrum Alliance with PMP and CSM certifications. Karen is recognized for her ability to align client business drivers with practical solutions. Her background includes many large-scale implementations, innovative partnerships, and creative delivery models. Her hands-on approach and out-of-the-box thinking, as well as access to her extensive network of IT professionals have delivered progressive solutions for many types of businesses, from start-ups to Fortune 50 corporations. She has worked with clients across multiple industries, including telecom, healthcare, retail, and financial services.
