After a 6 year track record of ten-fold growth in Cima Group, Juan Martin was appointed in 2014, by the Board of Directors, to lead as new CEO and effectively move the Telecom and IT conglomerate from organic growth into exponential growth. Juan Martin has successfully restructured and refocused Cima Group’s portfolio to concentrate on innovative products and new verticals within the industry providing the potential to triple the current expansion of the companies. Prior to joining CIMA Group, Juan Martin held several corporate roles. At Xynergia, he served as President since 2002. He also held several roles in key departments of Americatel and worked in Corporate Investments. Juan Martin holds a Business Administration Degree from Florida International University, and has has over 18 years of stellar work experience in the telecom industry. Jose Vicente Gomez is currently serving as Senior Executive Vice President for Cima Group company. Jose Vicente is an experienced, forward-thinking Telecommunications executive that fosters, promotes, and facilitates cross-selling of company-wide products, services and capabilities. Under his leadership, Cima Telecom has seen stellar growth in sales and revenues. Jose Vicente joined Cima Telecom in 2007 as Carrier Sales Manager where he developed the Wholesale division for the company, along with a top-notch, carrier-experienced sales group. He created a solid network of interconnections between the PTTs in South and Central America. In less than six years, his laser-focused strategies propelled a growth from 12 million minutes a year to 3 billion minutes a year. Today, Cima Telecom boasts more than 300 interconnections globally, and more than 60 direct CLI routes.
