Responsible for the leadership and management of the commercial department, Dustin oversees estimating and project management, structuring of strategic proposals, negotiating of business terms, and closing business ventures. Dustin continues to be very hands on as well by running multiple projects and working directly with owners. As Partner and CFO of AUI, Charles is responsible for all financial operations of the company, including financing, reporting and accounting, risk management and legal matters. Charles also oversees the Human Resources and Technology departments of the company. He has over twenty years of experience in business management and executive leadership of construction companies. Prior to joining AUI, Mario was a Vice President at Natgun Corporation in Wakefield, MA.
