More importantly, they must also trust in both the relationships and the process. Barry’s most important strength for Audere Partners is his ability to foster long-term relationships. His humor and understanding of organizational behavior and human nature have allowed him to develop meaningful, change-oriented relationships with clients at all organizational levels. His latest interest is improving both individual and team creativity in the workplace, by optimizing and harnessing the top attributes of introverts and extroverts, to create more meaningful solutions and better work environments. Barry has extensive experience working with over 30 clients on 5 continents and in 14 countries -15 if you count Texas – and has delivered almost $2 billion in client benefits. When not delivering sage words of wisdom, Barry can be found participating in ocean sports/activities – no lying on the beach for him. He is equally likely to be found enjoying a Starbucks Chai Latte and catching up on all things Tottenham Hotspur from the English Premier League. Jason is our man of action and very few words. He leads by example and is an excellent mentor for both the Audere Partners and client teams alike. His coaching and leadership development efforts focus on spurring his teams to action, with emphasis on actions that create desired outcomes. An additional attribute is that Jason will always look to provide lessons in both the “stumbles” and “successes”; his 20+ years in consulting have taught him that you cannot have one without the other! FAIL for Jason means “First Attempt In Learning” and he always finds the opportunities for growth. Since he is still waiting for the Penguins of Antarctica to request Leadership Development Training, he has only worked on 6 continents, delivering almost $1 billion in annualized benefits for 28 global clients. When not coaching the next great leader, Jason can be found enjoying any tropical locale, playing golf with his wife and son. Data – Numbers- spreadsheets. Most of our clients are drowning in financial data with the limited ability to convert the data into meaningful information and wisdom. Jim is our ‘numbers guy’. He provides analysis and clarity, helping our clients turn the mountains of data into actionable intelligence, thus providing the foundation used to develop meaningful financial and operational targets and objectives. Through his relentless pursuit of business improvement opportunities, he has delivered over $750 million in financial and operational benefits, and equally important, identified a similar number of financial benefits. Jim interests are varied, but he has been known to sport a Kilt and sample the Scotch in deference to his family history – we don’t know if he has taken up bagpipes. More often, he can be found in Napa Valley moonlighting as an oenophile. Managing the people in a consulting organization is challenging – different personalities, different client needs, and different organizational priorities. When it comes to managing this chaos, Aurie is a natural. Her greatest strength is her ability to see the big picture while managing the day to day needs of Audere Partners. She truly loves meeting new people and understanding what motivates them to do their best work. With over 20 years in people management, Aurie has had plenty of time to hone her skills in people planning and utilization, conflict resolution, coaching, mentoring, training and career development. When not keeping the Audere Partners team on track, Aurie enjoys traveling and spending time with husband, daughter and the cutest dog ever, Cuddles. Hermann has a proven record of building high performance, productive organizations. His experience includes chemicals and gases operations at Air Products and also Honeywell International; where he built an exceptional Integrated Supply Chain organization with 42 operating plants around the world. Hermann’s main attribute is his leadership and his ability to motivate employees and align the organization to achieve extraordinary results as proven by his accomplishments in the industry. Hermann is high energy. He has been known to lay back and relax, occasionally, but he would rather be passing the benefits of his experience to our clients. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical engineering, a Master of Business Administration and an Honorary Doctorate from Lamar University. Len is currently VP of Business Implementation and Integration at Molina Healthcare, Inc. where he is responsible for entrepreneurial startups which are selected to deliver better quality, cost and service for the company’s health insurance subsidiaries. Before entering the Healthcare business 10 years ago, Len spent 20 years in operational excellence consulting. During his tenure, he led large scale engagements which delivered breakthrough results for his clients. His consulting experience spans multiple industries in addition to health care including consumer products, IT services, distribution, and US military. When not using his extensive knowledge to improve companies, Len can be found playing tennis, hiking or spending time with his family and five grandchildren. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Davidson College and a Master of Business Administration from the Darden School of Business, University of Virginia.
