Salvatore is the president of ATM Universal Processors, LLC, a privately owned and operated ATM and Merchant Services company.Under Salvatore’s leadership and direction ATM-UP has grown to have one of the best reputations as an ATM provider in the state of Florida. He has also incorporated many smaller ATM providers under the ATM-UP umbrella in order to service the different regions of Florida on a personal level. Salvatore is often quoted as saying, “We simply will not put a full service ATM in an area where we can not service the ATM within the same day.” Salvatore’s goal for ATM-UP is to continue to provide current and future customers with the small town, local feel that is missing in the ATM industry and to take its business model outside of the state of Florida.In addition to ATM Universal Processors, Salvatore is president of the South Florida Sal Group, a real estate group specializing in high end residential properties along the South Florida coast.Prior to relocating to South Florida, Salvatore was owner/operator of Villa Vittoria al Mare located in Seaside Heights, New Jersey. As the owner of Villa Vittoria al Mare, Salvatore received many accolades and the restaurant became known as one of the best Italian restaurants in Ocean County, New Jersey. He has also been very instrumental to the success of his family’s New Jersey based restaurant group. Salvatore still consults for the restaurant group which currently owns and operates several restaurants in Monmouth County New Jersey.Salvatore attended the University of Miami from 1993-1995, where he studied business. He later graduated from Florida International University in 1997, with a Bachelor of Science degree from the School of Hospitality. Salvatore is currently pursuing an MBA at the Nova Southeastern University, H. Wayne Huizenga School of Business and Entrepreneurship. Chris has been in the ATM business since 2004. Having little time to dedicate to a job while in law school, Chris needed to find a way to support his wife and pay for ordinary living expenses. A local cash-only pizza store owner believed in him and wanted to support his educational endeavors by allowing Chris to place an ATM in his restaurant.After having considerable success with his first ATM, Chris founded Alachua ATM’S and worked diligently to earn the trust of merchants all over the Gainesville area. Four years later and with a law degree in hand, Chris joined forces with ATM-UP and is now legal counsel for ATM-UP and manages the company’s Central and North Florida divisions.In his free time, Chris enjoys being on the lake spending time with his wife and beautiful children. Stephanie Salpietro joined her husband and the ATM-UP family in 2007 when the company growth reached new heights requiring more operations management. She has helped the ATM-UP umbrella of companies to reach 200% year on year growth through managing of operations as well as acquisition efforts. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Lynn University in Boca Raton Florida and will soon complete her MBA from the Nova Southeastern University, H. Wayne Huizenga School of Business and Entrepreneurship. Dominick was born and raised in Central New Jersey. He always was involved with the family business which was a tavern on Main Street in his hometown of Woodbridge. Whether it was cleaning up, stocking the bars, counting the money from jukebox or pool tables Dominick always had something to do with the business. Dominick moved to Florida to go to college in 1993. He studied Biology and Chemistry during his time at the University of Miami. In his sophomore year he was employed by an environmental consulting company and worked while studying at Miami. His position was very people oriented. He had to supervise hazardous material abatement. He also had to coordinate activities between the contractors, clients, and other personnel on the job site. Randy Walton has been employed with ATM-UP for three years. After a very successful career as the lead firefighter/paramedic with the Marion County fire department for ten years, he had the opportunity to meet the owner of ATM-UP, Salvatore, at a mutual event. He and Sal began discussing family and work. Randy became intrigued about the ATM business and vowed to become successful in this industry. Sal began teaching him everything from sales and installation to programming and service. For Randy, it was the perfect way to break from the stresses of fire and medical. Randy quickly established the largest ATM Route in Central Florida, and moved up through the company ranks. Randy has become irreplaceable to ATM-UP. The company receives endless testimonials praising his skill, understanding, and problem solving ability. In an industry as technical as this, Randy always takes the time to understand the technology, and yet never forget a customer’s name. He truly is an example of what the ATM industry personnel should strive to become. Polly has been one of the backbones of ATM-UP since the company’s inception. Throughout the years, she has held many positions within the company from customer service to sales and installation. As the accounting manager, she still enjoys periodic visits with valued customers. Polly was born and raised in Georgia where she and her family owned a gourmet food business for over a decade. She eventually moved to South Florida to be close to her family and now resides in Hollywood Florida.
