Atlass Dispute Resolution (ADR) exclusively serves as the neutral for mediations in Florida. We are trained and certified by the Florida Supreme Court to serve as mediators under and in accordance with the Florida Rules for Certified and Court Appointed Mediators. ADR facilitates the resolution of disputes through confidential mediation conferences. We serve as mediators for personal and business disputes. Mediation conferences for such disputes may occur pre-suit or during the litigation process. Mediation conferences may be authorized or required by contract, agreed to by the parties, or as the result of a court order. ADR is available to mediate in the State of Florida. We will host the mediation at our offices in Miami or Fort Lauderdale, Florida or we will mediate resolutions at a location in Dade, Broward or Palm Beach County selected by the parties. Our goal is to provide the best and most advantageous environment to facilitate the resolution of the dispute prior to litigation and trial.
