The performing notes we buy are seasoned with a good pay history and high FICO scores for the borrowers. Our properties all have equity and provide real estate secured returns of 6%-10%. We sell partials and whole notes. Our non-performing notes are bought at a deep discount allowing the note holder a number of exit strategies: get to re-perform by offering a lower rate/principle (40%), cash for keys 40%, foreclosure (20%)...all allowing for a very large potential profit to the investor.
